M. Leann Brown
M. Leann Brown has been at the University of Florida since Fall 1990. She
teaches International Political Economy, Politics of the European Union,
International Environmental Relations, and International Relations on the
undergraduate and graduate levels. She has received two university-wide
teaching awards.
Professor Brown's current research interests focus on organizational
learning and environmental policymaking in the European Union. She is the
author of
Developing Countries and Regional Economic Cooperation
(Praeger Publishers, 1994) and co-editor of
Organizational Learning in the Global Context
(Ashgate Publishing, August 2006) with Michael Kenney and Michael Zarkin.
In 1996, Brown was a Fulbright European Union Research Fellow, affiliated
with the Environmental Committee of the European Parliament. She was also a
Leverhulme Research Scholar at the University of Keele, a Visiting Scholar
at the University of Warwick in Great Britain, and served as Program
Coordinator for the International Studies Association.
