The Department of Political Science provides a high quality educational program for undergraduate students and a rigorous, academically challenging honors program. The Department also offers a highly selective graduate education ranging from innovative Masters level programs to Ph.D. training comparable to some of the best programs in the nation.
The Department offers M.A. programs specializing in Political Campaigning, Public Affairs, International Development Policy and Administration, and International Relations. Doctoral students can choose among several fields of study, including American Government and Politics, Comparative Government and Politics, International Relations, Political Theory, Public Policy and Administration, Political Behavior, and Political Methodology
