He is the Executive Director of the Argentine American Dialogue (www.dialogoaa.org.ar) and the Coordinator of the Nuclear Committee of the Argentine Council for International Relations (www.cari.org.ar). He has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in International Relations at Buenos Aires University, Belgrano University, and Catholic University of Salta.

Dr Amal Obeidi is Associate Professor of Comparative Politics in the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Economics, of the University of Garyounis, Benghazi, Libya. She obtained a PhD from the University of Durham, UK, in Middle Eastern Politics in 1997. She served for two years as Dean of the Faculty of Economics of University of Garyounis, where she is currently the head of the Political Science Department. Dr. Obeidi also heads the Studies and Research unit at the Research Centre of the University of Garyounis. Her publications include Political Culture in Libya, Identity in Libya, Libyan Security Policy Between Existence and Feasibility: An Exploratory Study, Political Socialisation of Arab Women, The Development of Women's Movement in Libyan Society Between Empowerment and Activation: A Documentation Study; Political Elites in Libya: An Exploratory Study of Elite Formation from 1969 to 2007. She specializes in gender issues, public policies, human rights, civil society, and security issues, especially in the Mediterranean region.

Pawel Frankowski received his PhD in International Relations from Maria Curie-Sklodowska University in Lublin, Poland, where he is currently an assistant professor of political science. His dissertation, which he defended in 2005, was titled The U.S. Hegemony in Turbulence. Pawel's research interests include International Relations Theory, U.S. Foregin Policy, hegemony in IR, and new threats and challenges to international security. He has taught political theory, diplomatic law, and essentials of international relations. He is currently working on a a new book project titled National Security Conceptions in the Process of Emerging of European Strategic Culture.

Her research interests include international security, strategic studies, crisis management, and peace operations.

Pei-Shan Kao earned a BA in Literature from Fujen University (Taiwan), an M.A. in Law from Tamkang University (Taiwan), and a PhD in international relations from the University of Essex (United Kingdom). Professor Kao is currently an Assistant Professor at National Chiao Tung University in Hsinchu, Taiwan. She has also been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the School of International Studies at Tamkang University and in the Institute of Public Affairs at Ming Chuan University. Professor Kao’s research interests include International Relations Theory, US-China Relations, Chinese bargaining strategies and tactics, and International Relations. Since she studied in the Complutense University of Madrid, she is trilingual in English, Spanish and Chinese.

Rim Latrache is a Maître de Conférences (Associate Professor) in American civilization at the English Department of the University of Paris 13, France. She has a BA (Honors) in English, University of Tunis I (Tunisia), a Masters (Honors) in American Literature, University of Paris III-Sorbonne Nouvelle (France), and a PhD (Honors) in American civilization, University of Paris IV-Sorbonne, (France). Her doctoral thesis, "The Arab Community in the United States: a History of Immigration and the Dilemma of (in)Visibility." is based on research in the United States. It examines the status of the Arab American community within American society and analyzes the policies of the American governments towards the Arab Community, especially in response to international events. Her research interests include Arab/Muslim community, immigration, identity, assimilation, discrimination and terrorism.

After receiving her B.A. in International Affairs from Thammasat University, Sanyarat worked as a financial reporter at the Post Today newspaper in Bangkok, Thailand. In 2003, she got scholarship from the Japanese government to pursue an M.A. in International Relations at the University of Hokkaido in Japan. She is currently a lecturer at the Department of International Relations, College of Politics and Governance, Mahasarakham University in Thailand, where she teaches courses on U.S. Foreign Policy and Major Powers Policy. Her courses are focused on U.S. involvement in contemporary world politics, including issues such as non-proliferation policy, counter-terrorism, and the economic and security role of the U.S. in Asia-Pacific.

Professor Mourad earned a BA in Political Science from Cairo University, an MA in Political Science from the University of Paris II, and a PhD in international relations and foreign policy from the University of Paris I. He is the author of The Mobilization of External Economic Resources : The Case of the Foreign Policy of Egypt (in Arabic, 1994), and several researches and articles on Arab, African and international affairs. Professor Mourad teaches foreign policy and African political systems and Conflicts at the faculty of economics and political science, Cairo University. He is also a lecturer at the Institute of Diplomatic Studies, Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Additionally, he is the managing editor of Al-Ahram Hebdo, a weekly newspaper in French, published by the Al-Ahram Foundation, Cairo, Egypt.

Dr. Naumovski holds LLB, LLM and PhD in International and EU Law from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje, Macedonia, and an MA in European Studies from the Rheinische Friedrich Wilhelms University of Bonn, Germany. He joined New York University-Skopje in 2005, where he is teaching courses at the Department for International Relations, Politics and European Studies. In 2007 he was elected President of the Institute for European and International Studies, a think-tank based in Skopje. He has worked for the US National Democratic Institute in Skopje, the Macedonian Parliament, the Macedonian Ministry of Justice and the UNDP.

Eric P. Rudge holds an LL.M. degree in Surinamese laws from the Anton de Kom University of Suriname, SA and also an LL.M. degree in international legal studies from the Washington College of Law at The American University in Washington, DC (1995 – 1997). As a Romulo Gallegos Fellow he worked in Washington, DC as an in house counsel at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights of the Organization of American States (2000-2001). He published several short articles in the field of public international law, human rights law and international relations. Mr. Rudge is currently a lecturer at the University of Suriname, in charge of the major in international law. His courses include Public International Law, the Law of Treaties and English Law, American Law and Law of the Caribbean. He has recently been appointed Course Coordinator for the first MSc. course in International Relations at the University of the West Indies offered at the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research in Suriname.

Serhiy Tereshko is senior lecturer in the Department of International Relations at Kyiv University for the Humanities. He earned an MA in international relations (honors) from Kyiv Institute for the Humanities and an MA (honors) in political science from University of Warsaw (Poland). He has been teaching undergraduate and graduate courses on Foreign Policy of North American countries and Foreign Policy of West European countries. He is currently a PhD student in the National Institute of International Security Problems attached to the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine. His doctoral research focuses on current developments in global security. His research interests also include international security, Euro-Atlantic and European integration, NATO-Ukraine relations, and U.S. policy towards Eastern Europe.
